Our payment provider “Online Payment Platform” is trying to have the KYC process finished within 24 hours after you provided the required data. In some cases, however, additional data is required to complete the KYC check. If this occurs, Online Payment Platform will indicate if this via email. Once you have completed all the necessary information fields OPP will finish your KYC check as soon as possible.
