We like to keep Manufy as open and transparent as can be, but this also means we have to work with some ground rules to keep the platform safe and secure.

I would like to have a (video)-call with my potential manufacturer, is this allowed?

Off course. Feel free to schedule your calls with potential buyers. However, please communicate all deal related agreements and details in the chat. So, in case there is anything wrong you can simply refer to what is agreed upon. Also, Manufy can only be of assistance in cases where deals are made on the platform itself.

Can I communicate via email with my potential manufacturer?

We try to avoid email communication between brands and manufacturers. The reason is simple: we as Manufy cannot guarantee quality and safety if communication happens outside the platform. Please do not trust manufacturers that direct you towards their own website or directly outside Manufy.
