Whenever you placing a sample or regular order through Manufy and you pay within our platform you enter the Buyer Protection Program.

This means that after you complete your payment, the amount will be stalled. The manufacturer will only be paid once you have received your samples or order. Buyer Protection also helps us in case a dispute arises between you and the manufacturer. We are there to jump in and find a proper solution to keep both parties happy.

To do this, please indicate to Manufy that your order is not as described or that the order has not arrived at all.
