Buyer Protection also helps us in case a dispute arises between you and the manufacturer. We are there to jump in and find a proper solution to keep both parties happy. To do this, please indicate to Manufy that your order is not as described or that the order has not arrived at all. Buyer protection is only available with our Brand Subscription Package.
