For brands Manufy's works with a small monthly subscription fee. This means you can place infinite RFQ's, chat and negotiate with our network of manufacturers and explore all the functionalities we have to offer. This way you can get used to the platform and get your sourcing journey started.

Based on your type of subscription we additionally charge a Buyer Protection fee on samples and orders, to ensure safe payments and protect your order. This means that your payment will only be transferred to the manufacturer once your order is delivered.

The fee also allows us to give added customer support, which can assist with any Order issues, by having access to the Order details and acting as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Manufacturer in case any dispute arises.
