How do I cancel or update my subscription?

Go to “My Company” in the left-hand menu.

Click on “My Subscription” — this will redirect you to your subscription settings.

To cancel your subscription, click “Cancel Subscription”.

To change your plan, click “Update Subscription”, select your desired plan, and confirm the update.
